RNA sequence of purified cowpea mosaic virus (CPMV)

1 ug of RNA was used to generate a sequencing library using an Illumina Stranded RNA kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA). Unselected RNA was processed starting at the fragmentation step, without eitherpolyA or ribodepletion, following manufacturersinstructions. The resulting library was sequenced with 100 basepair (bp) Paired End reads (PE100) to a depth of approximately 2 million reads on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
