Nicaraguan Mandatory Technical Standard (NTON) No. 11 051-19: "Good agricultural practices. Requirements and conformity assessment"

The Republic of Nicaragua advises that NTON No. 11 051-19: "Good agricultural practices. Requirements and conformity assessment" was notified in document G/SPS/N/NIC/111 on 4 February 2020. It establishes the technical guidelines and requirements for the implementation of good agricultural practices applicable to primary production, harvesting, transportation and storage of products of plant origin in production units for persons wishing to obtain official certification in good agricultural practices. The text of NTON No. 11 051-19 has now been amended and WTO Members are therefore advised that they may submit comments on the updated draft, which is entitled "Addendum No. 1 to NTON No. 11 051-19: "Good agricultural practices. Requirements and conformity assessment".
