This notification refers to general procedure for auditing foreign testing laboratories (centres) conducting laboratory research to determine the residual amount of active substances of pesticides and agrichemicals in plant-based products intended for imports into the Russian Federation as provided by Part 3 of Article 20.1  of Federal Law No. 109-FZ dated 19 July 1997 “On Safe Handling of Pesticides and Agrochemicals”.
