Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/466 (15 March 2021) is now adopted by Commission Regulation (EU) 2021/1323 of 10 August 2021 amending Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 as regards maximum levels of cadmium in certain foodstuffs (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 288, 11 August 2021, p. 13].
The Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
