Description
On the basis of an underpinning opinion of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) https://www.efsa.europa.eu/en/efsajournal/pub/5993, the measure authorises the use of astaxanthin-rich oleoresin from Haematococcus pluvialis algae in food supplements that are intended for the general population above the age of 14 years.
