The National Food Safety Authority Board of Director Decree No 1 of 2021 on Binding technical rules of microbiological criteria for foodstuffs

The present decision sets out binding technical rules of microbiological criteria for a specific group of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites) and their executive rules that food establishments operators shall comply with when applying public health measures, and the National Food Safety Authority is committed to ensure the extent of compliance with the stipulated rules and criteria.
