Ministerial Decree No. 6/2025 gives the producers and importers a six-month transitional period to abide by the Egyptian Standard ES 9012 for “Sweetened condensed milk”

This standard specifies the basic requirements and descriptive criteria for sweetened condensed milk intended for direct consumption or other manufacturing process, in conformity with the definitions clause of this standard.Worth mentioning that this standard cancels and supersedes ES 1830-2 “Concentrated milk, Part 2: Sweetened condensed and concentrated milk”.
