NTON 03001:2021 Rastros. Requisitos higiénicos y sanitarios (Nicaraguan Mandatory Technical Standard (NTON) No. 03001:2021: Abattoirs. Hygiene and health requirements)

The notified Standard seeks to establish the minimum hygiene and health requirements to be met by abattoirs (processing establishments) where animals are slaughtered and meat is obtained for human consumption.
It is binding on all abattoirs (processing establishments) where bovine animals and swine are slaughtered and butchered to obtain meat for human consumption.
