Description
The National Fisheries Health Service (SANIPES) hereby advises that Supreme Decree No. 027-2021-PRODUCE approving the health regulations for hydrobiological resources under the remit of SANIPES was published in the Official Journal, El Peruano, on 11 December 2021. The above-mentioned Supreme Decree was notified in document G/SPS/N/PER/916 of 12 March 2021.
Date of entry into force: The notified Supreme Decree will enter into force 180 calendar days after publication in the Official Journal El Peruano (9 June 2022). The text is available for consultation at:
