The DLD order on temporary suspension of importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from United Kingdom to prevent the spread of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (H5N1).

Following the reported outbreak of Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Warwickshire of United Kingdom, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of  AI disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses in Warwickshire of United Kingdom is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (8 December 2021)
