Proyecto de resolución que "Establece las exigencias sanitarias para la internación a Chile de leche y productos lácteos, consumo animal y humano, y deroga resolución exenta N° 1194 de 2001" (Draft Resolution "Health requirements for the importation into Chile of dairy produce, for animal and human consumption, and abrogation of Exempt Resolution No. 1194 of 2001")

With a view to adopting measures aimed at preventing the introduction into the national territory of diseases that may affect animal health, and considering that it is necessary, in order to maintain an appropriate level of protection, to modify the existing health standards or requirements for the importation of dairy produce on the basis of the recommendations of the relevant international reference bodies, the notified text establishes specific health requirements for the importation into Chile of dairy produce from bovine animals, goats and sheep.
