Establece requisitos fitosanitarios de importación para plantas, estacas y ramillas yemeras de Malus spp. procedentes de Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, y modifica resoluciones N° 5.479 de 2006 y 1.423 de 2010 (Phytosanitary requirements governing the importation of Malus spp. plants, cuttings and scions from the United States of America, and amendment of Resolutions No. 5.479 of 2006 and No. 1.423 of 2010)

With the aim of preventing the introduction and spread of regulated pests in Chile, and given the need to periodically update the phytosanitary requirements governing the importation of regulated items on the basis of new information, particularly on geographical distribution, hosts and the channels of introduction of pests, SAG has updated the phytosanitary requirements governing the importation of Malus spp. propagation material from the United States of America.
