NTON 11003: 2021 Phytosanitary measures. Consignment. Importation

The Republic of Nicaragua hereby advises that on 14 November 2003 it notified the "Norma Técnica Obligatoria Nicaragüense para la importación de Productos y Subproductos de Origen Vegetal y Organismos Vivos de uso agrícola" (Nicaraguan Mandatory Technical Standard (NTON) on the importation of products and by-products of plant origin and living organisms for agricultural use) under document symbol G/SPS/N/NIC/6 and its Addendum on 21 November 2008, which will be replaced by NTON 11003: 2021 Phytosanitary measures. Consignment. Importation, the purpose of which is: to establish formalities for the registration and renewal of importers, for obtaining sanitary and phytosanitary permits for the importation of consignments, for agricultural quarantine stations.
