Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/875 (6 August 2025) is now adopted by Commission Regulation (EU) 2025/2240 of 5 November 2025 amending Regulation (EU) 2023/1442 as regards the transitional measures for plastic materials and articles manufactured with salicylic acid or untreated wood flour or fibres (Text with EEA relevance).This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.It shall apply from 1 February 2025.
