The scope of the draft technical regulation covers the following:1.1 Food for special nutritional uses that has been prepared to meet the special nutritional needs of people who are gluten intolerant;2.1 Food intended for public consumption and which, by its nature, is suitable for the use of persons who are gluten intolerant.
