Resolución Exenta Nº 1.187/2022: Aprueba texto coordinado y sistematizado de la resolución que establece requisitos fitosanitarios de ingreso para semillas de cereales, agrega requisitos fitosanitarios para las especies Triticum monococcum y Hordeum chilense y deroga Resolución N° 1.012 de 2004 (Exempt Resolution No. 1.187/2022 approving the coordinated and consolidated text of the Resolution establishing phytosanitary requirements for the importation of cereal seeds, adding phytosanitary requirements for the species Triticum monococcum and Hordeum chilense, and repealing Resolution No. 1.012 of 2004) Chile hereby advises that Exempt Resolution No. 1.187/2022, approving the coordinated and consolidated text of the Resolution establishing phytosanitary requirements for the importation of cereal seeds, adding phytosanitary requirements for the species Triticum monococcum and Hordeum chilense, and repealing Resolution No. 1.012 of 2004, was published in the Official State Journal on 15 March 2022. As indicated in Articles 12 and 13 of Exempt Resolution No. 1.187/2022, the entry into force shall be as follows: − The phytosanitary requirements for the importation of Triticum monococcum L. and Hordeum chilense seeds shall enter into force on 15 March 2022; − The phytosanitary requirements for the importation of seeds of species regulated under the Resolution and not mentioned above shall enter into force 180 days after 15 March 2022. https://members.wto.org/crnattachments/2022/SPS/CHL/22_2297_00_s.pdf
