Description
The following new pieces of guidance, clarifying the Novel Food Regulations (Division 28, Part B, of the Food and Drug Regulations) were issued and came into effect on 18 May 2022: Health Canada Guidance on the Novelty Interpretation of Products of Plant Breeding;Health Canada Guidance on the Pre-Market Assessment of Foods Derived from Retransformants.
