The Decision of the Board of Directors of the National Food Safety Authority (NFSA) No. 9/2021 on the handling of the imported food consignments subject to the temporary release

This decision regulates the imported food consignments subject to the provisions of temporary release and organizes the following:1.        Obligations and responsibilities of the importer and the National Food Safety Authority;2.        Procedures of the temporary release;3.        Dealing with violations of the imported food consignments;4.        Suspension or cancellation of the food imports licensing;5.        Reducing the release time of the imported food consignments subject to the provisions of temporary release, in order to facilitate trade.
