This Draft Uganda Standard specifies quality and safety requirements, methods of test for preserved hen eggs-in-shell fit for direct human consumption. This standard on Preserved eggs-in-shell aims to facilitate economic exchanges between countries and will contribute to the availability of quality products for the African population.
