Established Maximum Residue Limit: Fluopyram

The proposed maximum residue limit (PMRL) document for fluopyram notified in G/SPS/N/CAN/1437 (dated 2 May 2022) was adopted 27 July 2022. The proposed MRLs were established via entry into the Maximum Residue Limits Database and are provided directly below: MRL (ppm)1   Raw Agricultural Commodity (RAC) and/or Processed Commodity0.5                    Cereal grains (crop group 15), except rice and corn2,30.3                    Rapeseeds (crop subgroup 20A) (revised)40.03                  Green coffee beans0.02                  Field corn, popcorn grain20.01                   Sweet corn kernels plus cob with husks removed21 ppm = parts per million2 The MRLs replace the established 1.5 ppm MRL for cereal grains (crop group 15), except rice.3 The MRL of 2.0 ppm for wheat bran and germ has been revoked.
