Description
G/SPS/N/GBR/16 of 30 May 2022 notified various updates to GB pest measures.A copy of the legislation has been provided with this addendum. The entry into force date for all updated pest measures can now be confirmed as 3 May 2023, except for Thekopsora minima being classified as a regulated non-quarantine pest which will enter into force on 25 November 2022 as per G/SPS/N/GBR/16.
