The notified Resolution establishes the phytosanitary measures for the importation of hemp and medicinal cannabis (Cannabis sativa) seeds for sowing, of any origin, and repeals Resolution No. 063-2020-ARP-SFE, notified in document G/SPS/N/CRI/232, circulated by the WTO on 24 June 2020.
