Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/576 (4 July 2022) is now adopted by Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/2388 of 7 December 2022 amending Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 as regards maximum levels of perfluoroalkyl substances in certain foodstuffs (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 316, 8 December 2022, p. 38].The Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2023.
