The notified phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Mexico of tomato fruit (Solanum lycopersicum) for consumption, originating in and coming from Türkiye, were determined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and SENASICA, and are notified pursuant to the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS Agreement).
