The notified proposed phytosanitary requirements governing the importation of tomato fruit (Solanum lycopersicum) for consumption, originating in and coming from India, were determined by SENASICA as a result of the pest risk analysis, and are notified pursuant to the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS Agreement).
