The notified phytosanitary requirements governing the importation of chilli pepper fruit (Capsicum spp.) for consumption, originating in and coming from Peru, were determined by SENASICA as a result of the pest risk analysis, and are notified pursuant to the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS Agreement).
