National food safety standard: Food nutritional fortifier L-methionine

This standard applies to Food nutritional fortifier L-methionine prepared by the processes of fermentation, extraction, refining with edible starch or saccharic as the main raw materials, or by enzymatic resolution with DL-methionine as the raw materials. It specifies the technical requirements and test methods for L-methionine.
