Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 817 of 27 May 2023;Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation No. 527 of  24 May 2023

The resolutions set out:- rules for the audit of laboratories of foreign countries for testing seeds of agricultural plants to confirm the competence of laboratories, methods and results of the research and the frequency of the conduct;- the procedure for introducing temporary restrictions on the import of seeds of agricultural plants into the Russian Federation and (or) the establishment of the additional (special) requirements for the indicators of varietal and sowing (planting) properties of seeds of agricultural plants imported into the Russian Federation.
