Letter of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance No. FS-YUSH-3/17886 as of 20 July 2023

In accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation No. 310 as of 28 March 2023  "On the approval of the forms of the phytosanitary certificate, re-export certificate, quarantine certificate" forms of the phytosanitary certificate and re-export certificate were amended by inclusion of QR-codes in order to provide verification of the certificates, as well as changes in graphical display of the information on the certificates.
