Ordinance regulating import, transit and export trade in animals and animal products with third countries (OITE-PT)

The Swiss regulation will be adjusted to reflect the changes in the corresponding EU regulation. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/905, new import conditions will be implemented for farm animals treated with certain antimicrobial medicinal products and for products derived from such animals.
