ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE. To regulate procedures and requirements for the registration of products, producers, contract producers, semi-processors and importers of cosmetics containing seed, seed derivatives, plant components and non-psychoactive derivatives of cannabis, and magistral preparations and pharmaceutical products (phytotherapeutic and homeopathic medicines) for veterinary use containing psychoactive and non-psychoactive cannabis. ARTICLE 2. SCOPE. The provisions set out in this resolution shall apply throughout national territory to all natural or legal persons that produce, produce by contract, semi-process or import cosmetics containing seed, seed derivatives, plant components and non-psychoactive derivatives of cannabis, and magistral preparations and pharmaceutical products (phytotherapeutic and homeopathic medicines) for veterinary use containing psychoactive and non-psychoactive cannabis.
