National Food Safety Standard: Hygienic specification for catering service of railway passenger train

This standard specifies the basic requirements and management criteria for food safety of places, facilities, equipment and personnel in food procurement, acceptance, storage, distribution, dining car processing and supply services and other links in the catering service process of the railway passenger train. This standard is applicable to catering service of railway passenger train.
