National Food Safety Standard: Food additives Polydextroses

This standard is applicable to polyglucose products, which are mixed by glucose, sorbitol, citric acid or phosphoric acid in a certain proportion, polymerized and refined under high temperature, and food additive polydextrose after neutralization and decoloration. This standard specifies the technical requirements and determination methods for the food additives polydextrose.
