Proyecto de Resolución para establecer y modificar medidas de mitigación de riesgo para moscas de la fruta cuarentenarias en envíos de frutos frescos para consumo de las especies hospedantes reportadas, originarias de cualquier país en el que estén presentes dichas moscas de la fruta cuarentenarias (Draft Resolution to establish and modify risk mitigation measures for quarantine fruit flies of the reported host species originating in any country where such quarantine fruit flies are present, in consignments of fresh fruit for consumption) Costa Rica hereby advises that the Draft Resolution to establish and modify risk mitigation measures for quarantine fruit flies of the reported host species originating in any country where such quarantine fruit flies are present, in consignments of fresh fruit for consumption, notified on 14 July 2023 in document G/SPS/N/CRI/253, has been amended. The amendment consists of the removal of some phytosanitary requirements from the Draft to facilitate trade, with a consequential amendment of the title to Resolution No. 090-2023-NR-ARP-SFE, State Phytosanitary Service, Standards and Regulations Department, Pest Risk Analysis Unit.
