Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda would like to inform the WTO Members that the Draft Tanzania Standard; DEAS 327:2022, Barley for brewing - Specification, Second Edition notified in G/SPS/N/BDI/31, G/SPS/N/KEN/187, G/SPS/N/RWA/24, G/SPS/N/TZA/225, and G/SPS/N/UGA/227 was adopted by the East African Community Council of Ministers on 25 August 2023 as East Africa Standard, EAS 327:2022, Barley for brewing - Specification, Second Edition. This specification can be purchased by contacting the TBT NEP through nep@tbs.go.tz
