Import Bans of Mango Sapling from Egypt to Türkiye

Aulacaspis tubercularisDysmicoccus neobrevipes and Milviscutulus mangiferae are not known to occur in Türkiye. These pests have many economically important hosts produced in our lands, especially citrus fruits. These pests pose a high risk for our production areas.Mango saplings for planting purposes are banned from entering into Türkiye from Egypt as of 15 December 2023 (except for shipments with Phytosanitary Certificates issued before 15 December 2023).
