This  African  Standard  specifies  the  requirements  and  methods  of  sampling  and  test  for  teff  flour prepared from teff grains (Eragrostis tef) that include all the classifications magna (very white), nech (white), quey (brown) and sergegna (mixed) for human consumption.Note: This Draft African Standard was also notified under TBT Committee.
