Draft Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine "On Approval of the Requirements of Good Practice for Distribution of Active Substances used in Veterinary Medicinal Products"

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine No. 1843 "On Approval of the Requirements of Good Practice for Distribution of Active Substances used in Veterinary Medicinal Products" of 20 October 2023.The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 14 December 2023, published and entered into force on 16 January 2024.The Order will be enacted simultaneously with the Law of Ukraine "On Veterinary Medicine" No. 1206-IX of 4 February 2021 (to be enacted one year after the termination or cancellation of the martial law).
