Pursuant to the statutory powers granted to the Ministry of Agricultural Development (MIDA) by Law No. 206 of 30 March 2021, which establishes the Panamanian Food Agency (APA), the National Directorate of Plant Health of MIDA hereby notifies the phytosanitary authorities of its trading partners that it has updated the PRI for common pears, Asian pears, apples, dates, plums and sloes, fresh and dried figs for human consumption and/or processing, originating in the countries indicated in each PRI.
