Description
The Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Contaminants, which was notified through G/SPS/N/TUR/129 (8 December 2022), was now adopted and published in the Official Gazette dated 5 November 2023 and numbered 32360.The Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2024. Maximum levels for which an effective date is not specified in Annex-1 shall be applied from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. The maximum levels with the effective date specified in Annex-1 are applied as of the mentioned date in Annex-1.
