Emergency measures to mitigate the risk of introducing Bactrocera dorsalis species complex and Bactrocera cucurbitae

To prevent the introduction of Bactrocera dorsalis species complex and Bactrocera cucurbitae into Japan, MAFF has taken emergency measures to prohibit the import of host plants of Bactrocera dorsalis species complex originated in Azerbaijan and host plants of Bactrocera cucurbitae originated in Iran.Details of the emergency measures are provided in the document attached.
