Resolución para regular la importación de esquejes sin enraizar, esquejes enraizados y plantas con raíz de Cáñamo y Cannabis Psicoactivo (Cannabis sativa) originarios de España, Holanda-Países Bajos, Francia e Italia (Resolution governing the importation of unrooted cuttings, rooted cuttings and rooted plants of hemp and psychoactive cannabis (Cannabis sativa) from Spain, the Netherlands, France and Italy) Costa Rica hereby advises that the phytosanitary measures notified in document G/SPS/N/CRI/262 have been adopted under Resolution No. 044-2024-NR-ARP-SFE of the State Phytosanitary Service, Standards and Regulations Department, Pest Risk Analysis Unit, establishing phytosanitary requirements for the importation of unrooted cuttings, rooted cuttings and rooted plants of hemp and psychoactive cannabis (Cannabis sativa) from Spain, the Netherlands, France and Italy. The draft Resolution was circulated on 26 February 2024.
