Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine  No. 460 “On Approval of Special Requirements and Detailed Rules for Placing Plastic Kitchenware of Polyamide and of Melamine  on the Market” of 18 March 2024

The Order provides for the approval of Specific requirements and detailed rules for placing plastic kitchenware of polyamide and melamine on the market.The Order stipulates that products made of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, manufactured before the entry into force of this Order, may be placed on the market until their expiry date.
