Pursuant to the statutory powers granted to the Ministry of Agricultural Development (MIDA) by Law No. 206 of 30 March 2021 establishing the Panamanian Food Agency (APA), the National Directorate of Plant Health of MIDA wishes to notify the phytosanitary authorities of Panama's trading partners that it has updated the PIRs for fresh peaches, nectarines, apricots, wild cherries, stone fruits and plumcots for human consumption and/or processing, originating in the countries indicated in each set of PIRs. In this regard, please find attached the 15 sets of PIRs so that the trading partners specified under point 4 may make any comments they consider necessary, to be sent to the following email address: vigilanciafito@mida.gob.pa
