Details of planned amendments to England, Scotland and Wales (Great Britain) retained legislation (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072)

G/SPS/N/GBR/39 of 27 July 2023 provided information on proposed updates to pest measures. Following a review, it was discovered that Pinus parviflora Sieb. & Zucc. (Pinus pentaphylla Mayr) was omitted in error from Annex 6, part A, point 1 of the assimilated law Phytosanitary Conditions Regulation (2019/2072), which references species of Bonsai trees which can be imported into Great Britain from Japan.
