Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1193 of 24 April 2024 concerning the renewal of the authorisation of sodium hydroxide as a feed additive for cats, dogs and ornamental fish and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) No 161/2013

The substance specified in this Act was initially authorized for a period of ten years as a feed additive for cats, dogs and ornamental fish in the category ‘technological additives’ and in the functional group ‘acidity regulators’. An application was submitted for the renewal of this authorization. Further to the favourable assessment by the European Food Safety Authority, the authorization of this substance is renewed, subject to certain conditions.
