Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2562 of 3 June 2024 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1644 as regards certain criteria for the selection of samples (Text with EEA relevance)

After the first year of implementation of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1644, certain criteria are not feasible to be fulfilled and therefore they have been modified. This is the case for certain mandatory frequency of sampling as regards the prescribed combinations of substance groups and commodity groups. This delegated Regulation removes the mandatory frequency of samples for these combinations.
