Ministerial Decree No. 446/2024 mandating the Egyptian Standard ES 3018-1 for “caviar and other fish egg - part 1: sturgeon caviar”

The Ministerial Decree No. 446/2024 gives the producers and importers a six-month transitional period to abide by the Egyptian standard ES 3018-1 which applies to granular sturgeon caviar of the fish of the Acipenseridae family.
