The Ministerial Decree No. 446/2024 gives the producers and importers a six-month transitional period to abide by the Egyptian Standard ES 3018-2 for "caviar and other fish eggs - part 2: roe/caviar substitutes".Worth mentioning is that this standard has been formulated according to National Studies.
