TBS/ AFDC 17 (2978) DTZS, Code of practice for Honey processing, First Edition

This  draft standard prescribes the code of practice for production, harvesting, processing, storage, packaging and transportation of honey. This Standard applies to honey produced by Apis mellifera bees. However, honey from other bee species may be allowed as long as the honey produced by other bee species meets the criteria in the standard.
